If I return the equipment, what happens to the Credit I have contracted with ActivoBank?

The Product purchase contract (signed between the Client and the Checklist partner) and the Right Loan contract (signed between the Client and ActivoBank) represent a coalition of contracts, linked by a functional link, where the invalidity or ineffectiveness of one contract has an impact, in the same measure, on the other contract. Thus, when the return of an equipment is accepted by the partner, the Right Loan contracted by the Client with the Bank will be automatically cancelled, with the refund by the Checklist partner of the amount previously paid by the Client with the consequent liquidation of the Right Loan granted by ActivoBank.
