You just need to start using the Card.

For security reasons:

• The first use requires the physical use of the Card in a shop or ATM machine.

• If you want the first use to be online purchases, you can activate this feature in the App, immediately, at MB WAY > Manage Card > Online Purchases.

Activate through the App or the Website and receive the PIN by SMS.

Learn what you have to do to activate the Card

A. Through the App

In your ActivoBank App, will appear the following notification:“Your Card is on the way. When you receive it, activate it here". Is enough to select to access to the Card Activation Zone. If you do not receive the notification, swipe the Balance screen to the right. On the "What I have" screen > "Cards" > "Activate Here". See below, in the tutorial, how to do it.

B. Through the Site

Go to activobank.pt > Login > Day-to-day > Cards > More Operations > Activate

Whatever activation process you choose, the PIN will be sent by SMS to the mobile phone number associated with your Account.

A. From an ActivoBank Account, through the option “Charge Pre-Paid Cards”

Use as reference the last 9 digits of your Card.

B. From other Banking, through the option “Service Payments”

Use the Entity 20394 and, as reference, the last 9 digits of your Card.
