Telecommunications

  1. Access the MEO Client Area or app.
  2. Select “Direct Debit" > "Change."
  3. Enter the new IBAN and confirm with SMS.

Check with MEO for further instructions.

  1. Enter the my NOS Client Area.
  2. Go to "Invoices and Payments“ > “Direct Debit”.
  3. Enter the new IBAN and confirm.

Check with NOS for further instructions.

  1. Access My Vodafone.
  2. Go to your Profile and then go the Payment Information.
  3. Change IBAN, set limit and date.
  4. Confirm and wait for activation.

Electricity and Gas

  1. Enter the Client Area.
  2. Go to the Payment and Billing option and click “Change” in the IBAN field.
  3. Change the IBAN and confirm the holder information.

Check with EDP for further instructions.

  1. Enter the Mundo Galp > “Contract Management.”
  2. Request IBAN change.
  3. Validate with SMS code or online form.

Check with Galp for further instructions.

  1. Direct Debit Management > NIF + contract.
  2. Set up a new IBAN and limit.
  3. Confirm and wait for validation.

Check with Iberdrola for further instructions.

  1. My Endesa and then go to the Procedures area.
  2. Modify the Direct Debits.
  3. Select contracta and enter the new IBAN.
  4. You may need to send a SEPA mandate.

  1. My Repsol > “Payment Method.”
  2. Change method or contact support to modify IBAN.
