Who are these Plans for?

New and current Private Clients, over 18 years old and emancipated.

What is the cost of the AB Plus Plan and how is it charged?

€3,99 per month, plus Stamp Duty at the legal rate, which is currently 4%. The amount will be debited from the Current Account associated with the Plan.​

What is the cost of the AB Premium Plan and how is it charged?

€8,99 per month, plus Stamp Duty at the legal rate, which is currently 4%. The amount will be debited in the respective Current Account to which the Plan is associated.​

Where can I subscribe to these Plans?

At a Ponto Activo or through the Support Line +351 210 030 700, available inside and outside Portugal. Service on working days and national holidays (8h-22h), Saturdays (10h-20h), Sundays and remaining holidays (12h-20h). Automatic customer service available 24 hours/day. The cost of communications depends on the tariff agreed with your telecommunications operator.

When can I start using the Plan's benefits?

The Plan becomes active on the working day following subscription, as well as all associated benefits.

The opening of an account is conditioned to the Customer's admission by the Bank, in accordance with its Customer Acceptance Policy. The Minimum amount to open an account is 500€ and 100€ to online Account openings. The minimum initial deposit of 100€ is also applicable for Salary Accounts and Student Accounts. This amount is Account Balance and is entirely at the Customer's disposal.
