The ActivoBank, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as ActivoBank or the Bank), in the context of the contact request, is responsible for the processing of personal data necessary for the accomplishment of the requested contact.
The ActivoBank is the legal entity that determines the purposes and means of processing the personal data of the holders. In this context, the ActivoBank processes the following categories of data: identification and contact data.
The subcontractors, as well as service providers or licensors of services to the Bank, including those based outside the European Union, could have the access to the collected data and registered by the Bank and to carry out other processing operations of the personal data of the natural persons involved in this context, when and insofar as this is necessary for compliance with the contractual obligations established between ActivoBank and those, the subcontractors being bound by the duty of banking secrecy, as well as strict compliance with all legislation and other rules applicable to the processing of personal data, under the exact terms in which ActivoBank is bound. Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary and as long as the legitimate purposes for which the data are processed subsist, for compliance with contractual, legal and regulatory obligations or for the protection of the legitimate interests of ActivoBank or third parties. ActivoBank will delete or anonymize the personal data of the natural persons involved in this area when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed.
Individuals are guaranteed, in accordance with the law, the right to information, access, rectification, opposition, erasure, limitation and portability of personal data, by written communication addressed to ActivoBank. The exercise of these rights, as well as any complaint regarding the processing of your personal data, may be submitted to the Bank or its Data Protection Officer in accordance with the provisions of ActivoBank's Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at any Ponto Activo or through its website, at www.activobank.pt and documents accessible on the Bank's various communication platforms.
