Banco ActivoBank, S.A. has been granted a waiver from the internal Minimum Requirement for Own Funds and Eligible Liabilities (MREL), by the Single Resolution Board on 6 May 2026, implemented by Banco de Portugal on 23 June 2026, effective from the date of notification of the decision, subject to periodic review by the competent resolution authority. In light of the waiver granted, Banco ActivoBank, S.A. has currently no internal MREL requirement to disclose.
