How can I recover my Card PIN?

You can request a PIN resend directly in the ActivoBank App.

Follow these steps: App ActivoBank > More > Cards > Choose the Card > Other transactions > Resend PIN​

After that, you will receive your PIN by SMS on the mobile number associated with your Account.
