What consultations are available on the Online Doctor service?​

The Free Online Doctor service allows you to have General and Family Medicine consultations at no cost, 24 hours a day, every day, with or without an appointment. It also offers Pediatrics consultations, on weekdays between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m.​

Additionally, you can schedule online consultations in other specialties at discounted rates: Psychology (every day from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.), Psychiatry (weekdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.) and Travel Medicine consultations (every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.). These consultations can be held via phone call or video call with a specialist doctor. You can also send medical exams, receive prescriptions, and get medical certificates.​
