Can I start using the Debit Card once I receive it?

First, acknowledge receipt of your Card.​

In the App: On the home screen, you’ll see a notification at the top. Tap it and follow the steps.​

On the Website: Day-to-Day > Cards > More operations > Acknowledge Card Receipt.​

After acknowledging receipt, you will receive your PIN by SMS on the mobile number associated with your Account. ​

Activate your Card at an ATM by checking your Balance or Transactions. You can now start using your Card!
