Residential or Fiscal Address and Email(issue date less than 12 months)
Drivers License, Tax reimbursement statement, Utilities bill or Document issued by the consulate.
Occupation and Employer(issue date less than 6 months)
Pay slip, Emplyment proof, Work Contract, Invoice (Recibos Verdes) or Employment Center Declaration.

On the App, choose the option in the menu on the left side, before logging in, "Request access codes." You can do this through the Digital Mobile Key, or request to be contacted by phone.
Through an ATM, follow these steps: More operations > Internet Registration. A screen will appear where you will set your 7-digit access code. When you proceed to the next step, the ATM will give you a receipt with your new user code.
