No access to the App?​ Just generate the Multichannel Code​

On the App, choose the option in the menu on the left side, before logging in, "Request access codes." You can do this through the Digital Mobile Key, or request to be contacted by phone.



Through an ATM, follow these steps: More operations > Internet Registration. A screen will appear where you will set your 7-digit access code. When you proceed to the next step, the ATM will give you a receipt with your new user code.​
