Digital Card
After the Card is issued, you will immediately receive the digital version to use in your App, while you wait for the physical version to arrive at your home.
To access the details of the Digital Card, you should go to More > Cards > Show details.
Digital shopping safer? 3D Secure
When you make an online purchase with your Card, you will receive a notification to approve the purchase in the App. This level of security, which is mandatory for all EU merchants, is designed to verify that the Internet payment is being made by the cardholder.
This system is available on all ActivoBank Cards and is linked to the phone number registered with the Bank.

Can I start using the Card once I receive it?
You will need your PIN code to start using your Card.
On the App: on the home page there will be a notification. Click it and follow the steps.
On the Website: Daily basis > Cards > More Operations > Activate Card.
You'll receive the PIN code through SMS on the phone number associated with your Account. Before you make the first payment with your Card, go to the ATM and consult your balance or movements to activate the Card.
How do I change the payment date of the Credit Card?
You can change the payment date, with effect in the current month, up to the last day of the monthly statement (ie., the last business day of each month).
- In the App, access the Card and select the "Change date” option.
- On the Website: login and go to Daily basis > Select the Card in the left menu > More Operations > Change Payment Date.
How can I change the Credit Card limit?
You can request a credit limit change:
- On the App, access the card, select option "Credit limit".
- On the website: Login > Daily basis > select the Card on the left menu > More Operations > Change Credit limit.
Do I get Cashback with the AB Gold Credit Card?
Yes, you will receive 2% Cashback when you shop on the main platforms of TVDE (Uber, Bolt, Free Now), Food Delivery (Uber Eats, Glovo, Bolt Food, NoMENU, Volup) and Streaming (Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, Filmin, Mubi, Spotify, Tidal, Amazon Music, Youtube Music).

How do I validate 3D Secure transactions?
To validate 3D Secure transactions, you need to ensure that you have:
- Internet access via mobile data or Wi-Fi;
- Notifications are enabled in the ActivoBank application. You can confirm this by logging in to the App, selecting the "More" section and managing notifications under configurations.
At the moment of online purchase:
- Enter your card details and wait.
- You will then receive a notification from the ActivoBank application. Click on it.
- Follow the instructions to validate the payment.
- At the end, it's important to go back to the merchant's website or App to complete the purchase.
AB Gold Credit Card
TAEG de 17,9% e TAN de 12,200% for a Credit limit of €1.500 paid in 12 equal monthly installments of capital plus interest and charges. Provision fee for the Credit Card is €35,88 (paid monthly in the amount of €2,99). Plus Stamp Duty. Request subject to Credit risk analysis.

The Installment Payment Option for the term of 3, 6 or 9 months means the use of a credit, by a determined term, subject to Stamp Duty which is settled and charged at the moment of its granting, according to the legal rates in force: term less than 1 year 0,1410% per each month (TGIS 17.2.1.).
