How do the Overlimit Transfers work?
The Overlimit Transfers1 can be made digitally and in a simple way.
All you have to do is follow a few steps:
a) Set the amount you want to transfer
b) Confirm the operation with the validation code sent to you by SMS to the phone number linked to your Account
c) You will receive a call from ActivoBank for final validation. Identify the required positions of your Multichannel Code and answer 3 questions.
Overlimit Transfers made through the App and Website can only be made during the service hours of the Support Line2, on business days from 8am to 10pm, Saturdays from 10am to 8pm and Sundays and holidays from 12pm to 8pm.
1 An Overlimit Transfer is a transfer of an amount higher than the maximum amount per Client set daily by the Bank in the digital channels.
