Digital Card

After the Card is issued, you will immediately receive the digital version to use in your App, while you wait for the physical version to arrive at your home. ​

To access the details of the Digital Card, you should go to More > Cards > Show details.

When you make an online purchase with your Card, you will receive a notification to approve the purchase in the App. This level of security, which is mandatory for all EU merchants, is designed to verify that the Internet payment is being made by the cardholder. ​

This system is available on all ActivoBank Cards and is linked to the phone number registered with the Bank.

These are our frequently asked questions.

You will need your PIN code to start using your Card.

On the App: on the home page there will be a notification. Click it and follow the steps.​

On the Website: Daily basis > Cards > More Operations > Activate Card.​

You'll receive the PIN code through SMS on the phone number associated with your Account. Before you make the first payment with your Card, go to the ATM and consult your balance or movements to activate the Card.

You can change the payment date, with effect in the current month, up to the last day of the monthly statement (ie., the last business day of each month).​

  • In the App, access the Card and select the "Change date” option.​
  • On the Website: login and go to Daily basis > Select the Card in the left menu > More Operations > Change Payment Date.

The Bank offers two payment options: ​

  • 100% payment, in which the used balance is paid in full by the previously agreed payment deadline.​
  • Partial payment, which makes it possible to pay the total amount owed in monthly percentages until the value of the debt is reached. Interest will be added to this option (according to the APR of your Card).​

You can change the payment option, with effect in the current month, up to the last day of the monthly statement (ie., the last business day of each month).​​

  • In the App, access the Card and select “Payment option”.​
  • On the Website: login and go to Daily basis > Select the Card in the left menu > More Operations > Change Payment Option.

You can request a credit limit change:

  • On the App, access the card, select option "Credit limit".
  • On the website: Login > Daily basis > select the Card on the left menu > More Operations > Change Credit limit.

To validate 3D Secure transactions, you need to ensure that you have:

  • Internet access via mobile data or Wi-Fi;​
  • Notifications are enabled in the ActivoBank application. You can confirm this by logging in to the App, selecting the "More" section and managing notifications under configurations.​

At the moment of online purchase:​

  • Enter your card details and wait.​​
  • You will then receive a notification from the ActivoBank application. Click on it.​​
  • Follow the instructions to validate the payment.​
  • At the end, it's important to go back to the merchant's website or App to complete the purchase.​

1 - Classic Credit Card

TAEG 17,9%, TAN 17,400% for a Credit limit of 1.500€ paid in 12 equal monthly installments of capital plus interest and charges. No provision fee. Request subject to Credit risk analysis.

*Campaign valid per Card Account, for customers who meet all the following conditions:​
- Have not had a Classic Credit Card in the last 12 months;​
- Between 1/5 and 30/6 2025: acquire a Classic Credit Card and make purchases totaling €500;
- Between 9/7 and 18/7 2025: request access to the campaign via the banner available in the “For You” section of the ActivoBank App.

The €25 Cashback will be credited to the Credit Card Account by the following month.

The following payments/purchases are not eligible: payments for services; to the State; to public institutes and companies; to local authorities and similar administrative entities; gambling and betting transactions; foreign currency purchases; fund transfers to other financial institutions, including reloading of prepaid cards; via digital wallets except Google Pay, Apple Pay, and MBWay; subscriptions to financial products or public debt instruments.

Slices correspond to installments​.​

Slice for payments in 3, 6 or 9 months: TAN 9,900%.

The Split Payment option for terms of 3, 6, or 9 months involves the use of credit for a specified period, subject to Stamp Duty, which is paid and charged at the time of granting, according to the applicable legal rates: For a term of less than 1 year: 0.1410% per month (TGIS 17.2.1.).

MINIMUM AMOUNT FOR SPLIT PAYMENT: €75, WITH A MAXIMUM OF 50 SIMULTANEOUS TRANSACTIONS.​

The transactions can be split until 6:00 PM on the last business day of the month in which the transaction was made.
