You can set up the Structured Deposit at a Ponto Activo or by calling 21 113 7640 (Call to national fixed network), with personalized service on working days (8h30-16h30). The cost of communications depends on the tariff you have agreed with your telecommunications operator.
Can I withdraw the amount invested before the end of the term of the Structured Deposit?
No. This deposit must be held until the maturity date indicated in the Fundamental Information Document, and it is not possible to mobilize it in advance.
