Fraudulent transaction handling in the App
Was your Card blocked?
We have transaction analysis mechanisms in place, and we perform a preventive block on our Clients' Cards whenever we identify a potential fraudulent transaction.
Through the ActivoBank App,, you have access to an independent process for validating these transactions, making the Card unblocking process quicker and easier.
Here’s how it works:
1. If we detect a suspicious transaction on your Card, you will receive a push notification alerting you to the possible fraud situation.

2. By clicking on the message, you will be redirected to the App, where you will find an alert. Select 'Validate transactions' and follow the necessary steps to confirm whether the transaction in question was made by you or if it is a case of fraud.

3. If fraud is identified, we will confirm the cancellation of your Card and the dispatch of a new one to your address.

4. If you confirm that the transaction in question is legitimate and was made by you, you can independently request the unblocking of your Card through the App. You will receive a new push notification once your Card is unlocked.
