How can we make it simpler?

How do Instant Transfers work?

Instant Transfers are made in real time, in euro only, they have a limit of €12.500 per transaction and are only available if the recipient is an acceding Bank. These transfers are only available through digital channels (App and/or Website) and they have a cost of €1,60 (plus 4% Stamp Duty).

The main benefits of these transfers are:

Fast -> the amount is available to the beneficiary in real time and at in a maximum of 10 seconds.

Availability -> service available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Accessibility -> the service is available in almost 4.000 banks in the SEPA zone(1) and with constant new members.

Security -> the maximum limit per transaction is 12.500 euros(2), ensuring the real-time confirmation of the transaction to the sender and receiver.
