Yes, after contracting the Loan, if you wish, you can revoke the contract within 14 calendar days, without having to invoke any reason, under the terms of article 17 of the Decree-Law n. º 133/2009 of 2nd June. To do this, simply make the request through the App or the Site, call +351 210 030 700 or go to a Ponto Activo. When you give up the contract, you will have to return the amount you borrowed and pay the accrued interest, within a maximum of 30 days.
