How do I request a refund for an incorrectly charged Debit Card?

If you have verified that a charge was not authorized by you or was incorrectly executed, you have 8 weeks from the date your Account was debited to request a refund from the Bank. After this period, you also have 13 weeks from the date of the debit to request your refund. The refund can be request via the Support Line*.
