In this offer, what are velocipedes?

Velocipedes are deemed to be those indicated in the following paragraphs, when used for daily transport or leisure purposes and identified in the Specific Conditions or Individual Certificate:

a) the velocipedes with two or more wheels, driven by the driver himself, by means of pedals or analogous devices, including scooters and skateboards without motor; b) the bicycles with auxiliary motor with a maximum continuous power of 1.0 kW, whose power is progressively reduced with the increase of speed and stopped if it reaches a speed of 25 km/h, or before, if the driver stops pedalling; c) scooters with electric motors and electric motorized, self-balancing and self-propelled riding devices or other similar means of circulation with motor, if they have a maximum continuous power of 0.25 kW and reach a maximum speed of 25 km/h.
