How can we make it simpler?

What are SEPA transfers?

SEPA credit transfers are euro transactions executed through harmonized systems within the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area). These systems allow operations to be conducted under the same rules, in a faster and more transparent manner.

The countries included in the SEPA area are:

  • The 27 Member States of the European Union ― Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Sweden;
  • Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway (countries that, along with those mentioned above, constitute the European Economic Area);
  • Albania, Andorra, North Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, United Kingdom, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, and Vatican City.

To carry out SEPA credit transfers, the IBAN codes of the beneficiary should be provided.

Besides all operations that can already be performed today, SEPA also enables receiving salary into your ActivoBank domiciled Account, in case you work abroad.
